Madden NFL 11 Features
Madden NFL 11 will be the most up to date entry in the series. Features include:
An all-new play-calling system, GameFlow, which executes an authentic, situational game plan for you based on down and situation, which developers claim cuts the game time in half. This also includes headset enabled audio advice on how to execute plays. Differences from Madden 10 include a new kick meter, new audible system, and new locomotion animation system. Another addition is Online Team Play, which supports 3 vs. 3 cooperative play, with attribute boosts given as an incentive. You can also scout opponents in online head to head games. Lighting improvements, run blocking improvements, improved QB ratings, and a new “Swagger” rating have also been added. EA also is headlining improvements to the visual and audio presentation, bringing in Gus Johnson to call play by play replacing Tom Hammond. Cris Collinsworth returns as color commentator. If you win the Super Bowl in the game, your team gets a parade and a trip to Washington D.C. where your team’s star player will shake hands with President Barack Obama and present him a team jersey.
Madden NFL 11 Cover Athlete
For the first time ever, fans were given the opportunity to vote for who they wanted to appear on the cover of Madden NFL 11. The choices were Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints, Jared Allen of the Minnesota Vikings, and Reggie Wayne of the Indianapolis Colts. Drew Brees pulled in the most votes and became the cover athlete.
